About our Leadership Team

 Jimmy Phillips is a lifelong leaner, who served 26 years in the US Army as an Airborne Ranger, led troops in combat and created a multi-national cross functional team during the surge in Iraq before retiring in 2014. He has served in the corporate environment serving in Operations and ultimately as a Chief Operating Officer. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience developing ISO certified Quality Management Systems, implementing Objectives, and Key Results (OKRs) and specializes in developing metrics that improve outcomes, while enhancing collaboration and accountability.
